Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Ticketmaster Charge By Phone or Ticketmaster.com.
Box Office hours are 12-6 Monday - Friday and any evening we have an event - Cash or Credit at the box office. No checks please.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Northern Lights is located on Route 146 in Clifton Park, NY. EASY PARKING!

Q: Are there seats in your venue?
A: Unless specifically stated in our advertising or listings here on our website, all Northern Lights shows are general admission, standing room shows.
Q: How many people do you allow in to the concerts?
A: It depends on how many tickets sell. Northern Lights capacity is expandable depending on the show, ticket demand, etc. Our goal is to consistently provide a comfortable concert atmosphere and experience.
Q: What time does my show start and end??
A: We generally do not know in advance when a show will begin or end.
Door times are posted for each show; the starting time for each show is generally (but not always) 30 to 45 minutes afterwards. The ending time varies from show to show. Please check with security or the box office on the way in for more information on the show.
Q: Is the Northern Lights an all-ages venue?
A: For most shows, Northern Lights is an all-ages to enter (must have ID), and a 21+ to drink venue. See our Calendar page notes for that show's age restriction. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Q: Are cameras or tape recorders allowed?
A: All camears and recording devices (audio and visual) are at the descresion of the artist. This also includes camera phones.
Q: Is there parking onsite?
A: Yes. There is a large parking lot directly in front of the venue.
Q: Do you offer discount tickets for group sales?
A: Northern Lights does not offer group discounts at this time.
Q: I want to interview a band or review a show. How do I go about this?
A: Please contact the band or band's record label for this information. Northern Lights does not issue photo passes. Please contact the band's publicity people for these materials.
Q: I have a 3 year old I want to bring to a show. Does he/she need a ticket?
A: Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age. Also please consider hearing protection for very young people.
Q: I lost my cell phone / credit card / wallet / cat / jacket / gloves / CD (etc.) at Northern Lights... Did you find them?
A: Northern Lights has a "Lost And Found" box at the office. Please call (518) 371-0012. Northern Lights is not responsible for items left in the club.
Q: I want to rent space at Northern Lights for an event. How do I go about this?
A: Please call (518) 371-0012 to ask about renting out the club. Northern Lights is the perfect place to hold any event or social function! Catering services are available also.
Q: I won tickets from a radio station, but I can't go to the show. Can I put my friend's name on the list instead?
A: That decision is up to the radio station. Once the radio station gives us a list, we don't make changes. Please contact the station in advance to see if they'll allow the change.
Q: Will my show be cancelled due to the weather?
A: Please call (518) 371-0012 for information. If your show is cancelled, and you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster Charge-By-Phone or Ticketmaster.com, you will be refunded automatically. Otherwise, you will need to return your ticket at the original place of purchase.
